Blimpie Subs and Salads
In 1964, Tony Conza and two Hoboken, New Jersey high school pals had $2,500 in borrowed cash and notions about making sandwiches like at home with meat, cheese and toppings piled high - voila -- like a Blimpie. Now there's also a carb-counter menu. An additional description has been posted by the restaurant titled "Welcome to Blimpie!."
